How do you woo someone back after they left? Time Warner Cable had that problem. Many customers went for cheaper deals, and we needed to show that TWC is not just another company but that it actually cares. So we created We Really, Really Want You Back, campaign. In a commercial targeted to the list of lost customers, we used an iconic scene from Say Anything. On Facebook, we created a viral interactive experience where we scraped their page for images and then played them a personal serenade sung by Jon Hamm offering $200 gift vouchers, sports packages – anything their heart desires, following it up with direct mail.
